  We stayed here during our honeymoon mid February and loved this accommodation so much! I mean you get a whole house to yourself, it feels really special. Getting there is quite fast and easy by bus + a small amount of walking. Everything was super clean and the rooms smelled great. The neighborhood this house is at is very modern and hip, many interesting cafés and shops with lovely locals. Inside the house you'll find a guide about this exact neighborhood, written in English, which was super useful :) The only thing that was a bit unfortunate was the heating; we were happy to have a lot of snowfall during our stay but that meant it was also pretty cold outside. The heating inside on the ground floor of the house takes a long time to catch up due to the not-so-perfect insulation at the entrance; the upper floor was not affected by that though! I can also imagine that the steep narrow staircase might be a problem for elderly people or small children, so be aware of that. But we highly recommend this house to everyone wanting to stay in Niigata that want to catch the everyday lives of the locals and blend in as well :)

  2歳の子供といきました。タオルはもちろん、アロベビーのボディソープも、歯ブラシも用意していただき、本当に助かりました。 到着時も、エアコンが付いており、寒い思いもしませんでしたし、チェックイン時間も伝える必要なく、パスコードで入る形で、時間に縛られることなく、気にせず大変楽でした。 歩いていける美味しいご飯屋さんも多く、最高でしたー。ありがとうございました！
